[How to make dashi]

(1) First, boil water in a pot, and after boiling, add the shavings.
(The approximate ratio of water and shavings is 100g of shavings per 2 liters of water.)

(2) Cook for 20 to 25 minutes over medium heat (do not let it boil too much).
After cooking, pull out the bonito flakes.
*Kezuribushi is a little thick, so the soup stock won't come out right away.
